Refund policy

We stand behind our products. If you commit to the program and don't see results, we'll refund your purchase in full.

The Guarantee (SlimActiv Only):

Try SlimActiv for a full 30 days. If you've used it as directed and genuinely don't feel the difference, we'll refund your purchase in full.

What qualifies:

  • You've completed at least 20 of the 30 days (proof required via usage log or photo evidence)
  • Sachets purchased directly from alchemyaffair.com within the last 35 days
  • Original packaging or receipt provided
  • One refund per customer per order
  • Refund applies to full purchase price only (excludes shipping and taxes)

What doesn't qualify:

  • Sachets purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Orders older than 35 days from purchase date
  • Opened sachets where fewer than 20 days of usage can be verified
  • Customers who've previously claimed a refund
  • Packages damaged or tampered with

How to claim:

  • Email hello@alchemyaffair.com with your order number and purchase receipt
  • Tell us honestly: How many sachets did you use? What was your routine? (diet, exercise, sleep)
  • Provide photo evidence of remaining sachets and packaging
  • We'll review and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds process within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Products

We want you to love your Alchemy Affair experience. If something isn't right, whether it's a damaged bottle, unexpected taste or smell, wrong item, or quality concerns, inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at hello@alchemyaffair.com the same day.

Send a photo of the issue on delivery day. We'll offer a refund or reship within 2 working days at no cost.

Shelf Life & Storage (Cold-Pressed Juice)

Our cold-pressed juices are HPP-treated for safety and nutrition. Each bottle is clearly marked with an expiration date, we guarantee at least 14 days of shelf life from delivery when stored at 1–4°C. Improper storage voids this guarantee.

Order Cancellations

For cancellations or changes, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests after this window may not be guaranteed due to processing and fulfilment timelines.
