The 30 Day Guarantee
We stand behind SlimActiv. Use it every day for at least 30 days. If you see no improvement in your bloating, gut health or slimming, we'll refund the product price in full.
What counts: The guarantee is for people who see no improvement in any of these three areas. If you notice a benefit in even one of them, you're not eligible. That includes a benefit other than weight loss, like less bloating or better digestion.
Not eligible: 15 day packs and any other pack under 30 days.
How to qualify
- Buy a 30 day pack or larger directly from slimactiv.com
- Use it daily for at least 30 days from delivery
- See no improvement in bloating, gut health or slimming
- Claim between day 30 and day 40 after delivery
- First order only. One refund per customer, household or payment card
How to claim
Email hello@slimactiv.com with your order number and a line or two on how you used it. That's it. We check your delivery date on our side.
We reply within 3 business days.
Review and approval
All claims are reviewed. We may limit or decline claims that show repeated or unusual patterns of misuse.
Refund or store credit
We may offer a replacement pack or store credit first. You can say no.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.
Prefer store credit? It equals your approved claim amount. It's valid for 3 months and can be used once. After store credit is issued the guarantee no longer applies to that order or anything bought with the credit.
Damaged or faulty products
Something wrong with your order? Email hello@slimactiv.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll refund or reship within 2 working days at no cost. No need to send the product back. This applies to all packs, including 15 day packs.
Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We can't cancel or change an order after checkout, so check your details before you pay. This doesn't apply to damaged or faulty products, which are covered above.
